Hello friends and neighbors!

We wanted to send out a reminder that our final appeal hearing is this coming Tuesday February 28th at 4:30PM at City Hall. We hope you will join us!

This is an appeal of the City's original decision to approve the application for a Small Lot Subdivision to be built at 453 N Stanley Ave.

We have uncovered serious problems with the decision, and feel we have a strong case. This is our FINAL chance to save this building and it will set a precedent for the protection of our historic neighborhood.

If you can join us, please arrive a few minutes early to find a seat and fill out a speaker card if you wish to speak. We are the first item on the agenda, so we won't have to wait around.

If you would like to speak, we anticipate each person will be given one minute to do so.
